At Turbo Shine, we aim to make your return process smooth and hassle-free. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about returning your items.
How Do I Return an Item?
- Enter your details in the form and click Next.
- Follow the instructions and enter the items you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping guidelines.
What Items Are Returnable?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in resalable and unused condition.
- Products returned with damaged packaging or in unsellable condition will incur a fee.
- Promotional items included in your order (free or discounted) must also be returned. If these are not returned, you will be charged the full value of the promotional item.
Are There Any Charges for Returns?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For orders where free delivery was chosen, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days, with credit applied to your original payment method.
Other Important Information
Faulty Items
- Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- Follow the return process outlined above.
- Some items may require additional investigation, including consultation with the manufacturer.
- If deemed faulty, the item will be replaced or refunded, including carriage fees. If not faulty, it will be returned to you, and carriage fees may apply.
Missing Items
- Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can assist you.
- Report missing items via the contact form.
Damaged Items & Leaks
- If you receive a damaged or leaking item, DO NOT discard the product or packaging.
- Take photographs and contact us immediately.
- Damaged or leaking items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot assist further.
- Report these issues via the contact form.
Warranties
- Unless stated otherwise, items sold by Turbo Shine do not include warranties.
- Any warranties offered are provided directly by the manufacturer.
Incorrect Delivery
- If an incorrect address is provided during checkout and the order has been dispatched, a re-delivery fee will apply.
- If you choose to cancel the order at this stage, carriage fees will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping.
