How to Use the Autoglym Polar Kit

Polar Blast

Before you start, ensure that the bodywork and wheels are cool to the touch and out of direct sunlight. Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Mix Polar Blast at a dilution of 100ml product to 500ml water in your foaming bottle. Adjust as needed for desired foam density.
2. Spray Polar Blast onto the vehicle, starting from the bottom and covering all exterior surfaces, including glass and wheels.
3. Allow Polar Blast to dwell for up to 10 minutes to loosen dirt, but do not let it dry on the surface.
4. Rinse thoroughly from the bottom up to remove all foam and loosened dirt.

Polar Wash

For best results, use Polar Wash after Polar Blast. Here’s how:

1. Ensure the bodywork and wheels are cool and out of direct sunlight.
2. For heavy contamination, rinse first with water before applying Polar Wash.
3. Mix Polar Wash at a dilution of no stronger than 50:50. Approximately 250ml of mixed solution is sufficient for an average-sized car.
4. Spray Polar Wash onto the vehicle, starting from the bottom and covering all surfaces.
5. Agitate the foam with a sponge or wash mitt for a thorough clean.
6. Rinse thoroughly from the bottom up and dry the vehicle.
7. Note: Polar Wash is not suitable for soft top convertibles.

Polar Seal

To finish off your vehicle care routine, apply Polar Seal for a protective layer:

1. Ensure the bodywork and wheels are cool and out of direct sunlight.
2. Start with Polar Blast and follow with Polar Wash for the best results.
3. Pour no more than 40ml of Polar Seal into your foam bottle, then add at least 200ml of water.
4. Spray Polar Seal onto the clean, wet vehicle, avoiding direct application to the windscreen.
5. Rinse thoroughly and dry the car with a cloth to reveal a high-gloss finish.
6. For the windscreen, use Autoglym Fast Glass to prevent smearing.
